Schools in Nemaha County
To Create this a 1922 Nemaha Plat Map was used
1928 information was used to locate the schools.
This was partially prepared in early 2007 for the Project of
The Settling of Nemaha County.
for which NCHS received a $3,500 Grant.

Mary Steinlogie and I (Ken Stallbaumer) worked a NCHS Museum School Map with all the schools which included the Early Country Schools. I then started on one similar to this web page but was voted off the Historical Society before I finished this map. The map was on the wall at the Historical Society but did not get included in the final report. See the "Settling of Nemaha County".   See the
