The first paragraph tells me the one making these
accusations was not telling Mr. O'Keefe the facts. I was wanting
to present snapshots o the files to the board to show missing and
empty global files. I had tried present this to the board once
before and it was talked
against by Dean Rial and DarlAnn Rial.
I had now taken snapshots of the files and Dean and I
discussed this and he clamed this was like threatening him. He tell me
that when way young some kids that were bullies
wanted to take his ice cream or they would beat him up.
Dean tells me by writing these things down that I am a
threatening him also. If the truth was
threatening someone that person has a problem. What I was doing was trying to
showing him the truth. We had very poor files and were going to turn
them in as we finishing the $3.500.oo grant project. There were up
many that had no home location that one could reach with search.
These were seperated from the Global file by changing the name of the
Authority.
These charges are no more than made up trash to
get Mr. O'Keefe involved and put me off the board.
1. This is too vague to answer. I was never
called out of order. I was unable to bring things I disagreed with to
the meeting or inform the board of the condition of the Authority files
and what the deletion of these files did to the program.

2. I still am critical of the "Executive Board" after they
arranged to voted me off the board with out having heard my response.
There was no problem till I tried to bring the board up to date on the
condition of the computer files. Some were in bad shape and when I did
present this to the board Dean and DarlAnn Rial disputed this.

3. I never had anything in conflict with the Charmin, only
received one e-mail in 3 years. She requested I remove the snapshot of
the files deleted and e-mail from the webpage. I thought this was going
to be worked out then. I was worked off of the board instead.

On April DarlAnn Rial at the NCHS got Anita on the phone and gave
it to me. Thing seemed to be set to work better, however some one must
have changed her mind betwean that time and the August 24, 2007 or even
before that when I was excluded from the August 14 2007 meeting
also. Then on the 30 I was out without a present any reply to
these charges.
4.. I debated the fact that needed to be debated and objected to
the fact that too many things were decided by the Executive Board.
5. They were true accusations and were never proved false.
