 Ken
I added G-2 shelf; G-3 shelf to the shelf authority since the marriage affidavits are not in AB or AC.   You can take it off if you want, but it did get the marriage affidavits in the Jail and Sheriff’s Residence, G-Sheriff’s Office, Box 2 (or 3, 4, 5, 8, 9) shelf number and I used your west wall site.   I took the Boxes off the Location site since they show up on the container site.

Thanks,

DA

  Note by Ken.

This  seems to me this will  have to be corrected by putting them back back is  the simplest way. I tried to explain this to DarlAnn and Dean. The files were deleted or as DarlAnn prefers s to write in her  " I took the Boxes off the Location site since they show up on the container site."   Dean lead me to understand he was working with Brian Gomez of PastPerfect,  DarlAnn brought me a e-mail that stated these words to this effect.  Brain wrote words  to this effect " I was not dictating to  you how to manage your PastPerfect program   but was telling Ken to set up the authority files in a way that they could be correct with "Global Update"
