Below is the same snapshot of the files that were on May 24 2007 when the e-mail below arrived  from the chairman Anita Heiman

It was my e-mail being returned.
If this was showed to Mr. O'Keefe he may have been better informed.
I did not like how the Open Meeting laws were being Violated.
Then they got even worse.
The charges from O'Keefe have nothing to do with what happed.
Mr. O'Keefe got sucked in line other have with untruths. .

The following Authority files under (Storage Location)  which were deleted.
Click on the bitmaps below to see  these Authority files that were deleted.
These snapshots were taken before the files were deleted. They had been Renamed with the prenticies.
DarlAnn was not going to go back to what Brian Gomez  Recommended so I was adapting.

I did try and persuade her  not to change any more and then put on passwords to prevent this.
I left the computer open one day and she deleted the files in question.

to put the Home Location files back on our computer

Below I have not only the e-mail  Brian Gomez' sent and  the one I sent and Anita and she returned with the request that I take if off the webpage.  I did take it off  as I thought we would be able to work some thing out.  It was me that was worked off the board. .

I did that because I though we had worked out something.

Do you think the E-mail below proves there was more to this than the  charges created and sent to me by Attorney W. O'Keefe?   This e-mail should have been in the item that was sent to my attorney. Do you think this is not important? Why would not consider this a problem if not told to you attorney. There are more document and e-mail like this.  This information is not shared with the NCHS Board so they are not at fault.  They will be informed and they will see the wrong they have been done by Dean Rial and Mr. O'Keefe.  Dean was not on the board at the time this was created.

The board and the public has the right to know and when they can not be told then putting it on the web is the next best way.  These things should not go on behind closed doors.  Be truthful and there is no problem.   The Executive Board did not share the things they done or why they were done. I tried to bring this about early.  I tried to get the letter from Brian Gomez before the board and it did not happen.  They put me off the board to stop the facts coming to the board and the public.

Received only one e-mail from the President of NCHS in four years that was pertain it NCHS business  and that is the  one below.

I was trying to get the Board's attention as I had tried once  before to  inform them of the condition of the files in the new program which I had taken care from late 2006 to early May when the President turned it that over to first DarlAnn Rial which I rejected and then to Dean Rail.

 I put snapshots of the deleted files (which was a great disruption of progress) on the web page after sending them to each Board member and receiving no results. I tried several different times and was  unsuccessful.

 The president, Anita Heiman, told me she had turned the computer program over to DarlAnn Rial who in turn called the City Police as I was collecting evidence to present to the board to show them the condition the Authority files,  and how this could be fixed. Then it was turned over to ,Dean Rial, a non board member, and husband of DarlAnn Rial  who helped organize the removal of Ken Stallbaumer  on August 24, 2007. When  the Chairman ,Anita Heiman, was asked: "Was anyone else was  there?"  (meaning the  three on Exec Board members,  (Anita Heiman, Richer Schmitz and DarlAnn Rial)  Anita replied " Dean was there and we could not have done  it without him. "

There was a  meeting on August 14, 2007 of which I did not receive an Agenda by US mail, no Agenda by e-mail to put on the Webpage,  no News Letter by US Mail, and no News Letter by e-mail. The minutes of this meeting tell the story as a mistake of the post office .   Ten days later the Executive Board, (Anita Heiman, Richard Schmitz, and DarlAnn) Rial and Dean Rial have a meeting to plan the removal of Ken Stallbaumer from he Board.

Do you think the post office did cause this mail not to be delivered?   Ten days later the Executive Board meet
to remove me from the board.  Do you think that was very nice?  When asked at the Meeting of August 30, 2007, I asked if there were others there than the Executive Board and The Chairman, (Anita Heiman) said: "Dean Rial was there and we could not have done it without him", or words to this effect.  The minutes of the meeting of August 24, 2007, does not show this. did not make the Minutes.    See Minutes
