Global Count
Total on these four below remain same
From April 9 to the Annual Report 2006/2007
 Objects, Photos, Archives, and Library

The Annual Report with the numbers was replaced with a different sheet in the report sent to my attorney. This sheet missing had the totals of all the four items below and they had not changed since April  2007 when the computer  crashed twice.  I tried to get this before the board and it could have been fixed if we had followed the direction of the Software people.   Why Dean did not want this fixed is a big question.

These bitmaps  will open up and give you the count of empty
files because  of name change to Authority Files.
Click on The Icons Below
They were deleted later.

The Annual Report of 2006 -2007 was included in the papers sent to my Attorney however the sheet with the above total was not the same as on my report in my files. Click on bitmap to the left to see this page.   Click here

The Snapshot below is NOT  the Home Authority File that you see with the F7 key. This a view of the Global file where ever Accession number, name and Home Location was in the far right column   When a the name was changed (Not here) the far right column it did not match after the change so it was gone. The Accession  needed to be re-saved so there would be no empty files.

I was doing this  re-saved all hours of the night. I first attempted to inform DarlAnn  Rial of this problem.  She would not accept my suggestions. I brought it before the  board and Dean and DarlAnn spoke against my me saying there was no problem. I started collecting snapshots to prove my point. I collected  error reports that said it was a problem.  I collected Barcode reports that said they had no home address     I had the error reports and these errors were on the computer and it lost it's hard drive.

Below you see the Global files with every  Accession number, Name and  empty Home Location-Building spaces where name were edited.  Change on letter or space they will not none to match here. This is the empty count you see above on the Home Location/Building address.

This is the  Global File where ever number, name and home address is
listed unless the name has been changed. One letter or space will change the name.  This is one of the things I was trying to show Dean Rial the day he told me about the when he was young and some bullies wanted his ice-cream.  He said I was the same for writing these thing down.  There is a old  saying "A person determined to make a mistake will have to accomplish this to learn. "  or  "Is better to keep quiet and be thought a fool that to speak and remove all doubt."

The above are not the  Home location file you see in the Object Field when you press F7. There is a difference and unless you get some help or   read the instruction book it can be deceiving.

Below there  are no missing because this file is only this only ones that shows when you key F7  but you can not make any name  changes.  When changing or editing the name below it leaves  all the accession attached to that mane unattached.  If you use Microsoft  Money of some other fiancé program you learn this from the popup dialog boxes.

I saved the short names that had been on the list and  were lost because of the name change.  I attempted to  explain to  DarlAnn Rial about these files being lost in this was the way to re-save them  back into the  Home location and did also in an email.  DarlAnn and my email will open here .  If all is working.   OPEN   I even had it fixed that the VP of Pastime Software would come to Seneca for a weekend of golfing and food and lodging to help with getting this right, This was also killed.  What ever it takes I will fix this and restore my name.  That is not a threat it is a promise Dean said writing this down was a threat .  See story

Below is a numbers when the project was about half way finished as best I can estimate at this time .   This is all four items,  Objects, Photos, Archives, and Library. The Photo were nearly finished and the Archives were nearly finished.

Do you want out  Historical Society tell the story to make it look good or tell the  truth ?
The truth is below. Query for files that (is empty) is not good.   Do you what it to make someone look good like they are doing a great job?

We need only those who will admit they make mistakes and will correct them.

What do  you think the total Accessions were on April 9. when the computer crashed?  What was the  total on May 9, when  I turned over the security of the computer to Dean Rail.  What was the total on the Annual Report of 2006 2007 Page down.

Below is the search  of empty files  and a total searched.  Total of 5496 with 2174 empty.
I had these figure at  a meeting that ended suddenly with out warning. No one was supposed to know this. Why was there a switch in sheets with these number in the Annual Report of 2006-2007?

 see bottom of page.

The query below is of the Objects is bad and I have not idea except it cause little problems and and was not of the error report as often. I did little correcting on this file as it cause little trouble. I am not sure as I do not have it written down. This information may have been on the NCHS computer and it is gone with the hard drive. Reading here is 5496 total with 2174 missing. or empty.

Below is part of the Annual Report of 2006-2007. This sheet  was not in the report sent my attorney for some reason.  There may be a reason for this.  I did try and show Dean this after I turned the computer over to him. He did not have time to  look at it. You may click on the item below to go to the  total page.
