Below is a snapshot of section of the Home Location files which
was captured with a "Computer Snapshot" after we had entered some of the
lost file names. These were lost because the of "Name Change".
An example is when the (Wetmore Collection) was added to 157.
The "AB: Archive Storage: Box 057" no longer existed and was lost to the
Authority File.
Each time the
Dorothy Murphy, Diane Rottinghaus , and I were following the instructions of
Jennessa Reed and Brian Gomez by putting the short file names back in
this file. I had instructed Dorothy, Diane how to do this an they did a good
job. There was one thing wrong and that was that someone would delete them.
I had to put security on the program to stop this.

The name below are similar to categories in other databases such as
Microsoft Money. The name can not have one letter or a single space
changed or added without destroying the connection to the item. Some of
these were changed many times. It took me some time to figure out what was
taking place as it would only be a space some times. 075 has been
changed twice. This is also why there were duplicate photo because some
would not shot up and were entered the second and third time.

What Dorothy, Diane and I were doing was
following Brian instructions, Every time we saved a short name
we gained many more files to the Authority File. After a bit of
a search in the Utility Research and clicking on Home Location you could
find just how many you added to the file.
See the files from inside the computer where both the old and new name appear, bother the
one that were lost because of the Name Change and the ones that had Name
Change. Click Here
Another problem me had was the unattached images.
See the Report on unattached images
We had a grant of $3,500.00 to get help to do this and a person who
turned the computer over to DarlAnn and she called the police to stop me
firm repairing the damage. Then taking the hard drive out out of the
computer, and then getting of me because of security reasons. Did they
have to tell the un truth to get this done. Also putting the $31,000.oo book
in the Safety deposit box.
Click hear and read to read how one person was telling us
this was the wrong thing to do.
