This is the minutes of the so called "Executive Board" meeting of August 24, 2007,  made up of President, Anita Heiman, Vice President, Richard Schmitz, and DarlAnn Rial, and also Dean Rial. 

When I (Ken Stallbaumer) asked the president, Anita Heiman at the August 30, 2007 meeting if any one else was at this meeting, she answered: Dean Rial was there and we could not have done this without him,  or words to this effect.
