Name Change Problems

This was the Query of Home
Location Authority ( AB Storage - Box#97 )after the "Name
Change" occurred. You can print out everything that is in that
box if it did not
have a "Name Change " prior to this, which I am sure it did.
How would you find out who made the name change? Look at
the next accession after the "Name Change" provided a entry was made
at that time. Can I do that now? No I do not have the
software to do that. The Hard Drive has been removed from the
computer also. Take a look right after the "Name Name and no entry
