In  this e-mail DarlAnn does not understand the directions that the e-mail from Brian Gomez as to what we are expected to do to what we are doing.

With DarlAnn not understanding what this was about there is no way to explain the Letha Johnson that the computer files need repair.  The e-mail explaining what we were doing by adding these files that she says are being corrupted by double entries. of the same entry. These same files she does what she calls "remove the Boxes"  DarlAnn sent an e-mail stating she had removed the boxes. on May 9, 2007, and after talking to Anita at the Museum and she said would not believe this happened I sent the e-mail to her. The last paragraph refers to Letha Johnson who oversees our Grant of $3,500.00 for the adding the Strathman negatives to the our collection. I would think building on a good  foundation would be worth waiting for. This was not in that bad a condition at that time. I have given up on this several times. This is worth getting straightened out if we can get some one in charge of computers that know what they are doing.
