| Below is an E-mail that followed a Telephone Conference which included Dean and DarlAnn Rial, Diane, Dorothy Murphy and me, Ken Stallbaumer and Brian Gomez, author of this E-mail. Three of us had been making these changes since April 11 when Jennessa Reed had started us on this procedure. Dean and DarlAnn Rial had just returned from a training session in Texas and idea was to included then in this to bring them up to date on what we had been doing. | ||||||
