Following Computer Crash

First we had two computer crashes and in the process of the getting this fixed we learned there were many more  Name Change problems that  needed  attention. This wa the first time we discussed the use of the (Verification Notification or Restriction)  to put back items back in the Authority file that had been lost because of  (Name Change) and because of the two crashes one because of a missing file and the second when I tried to down load the second computer with Scatter-Gather software from PastPerfect to the main computer and it crashed. In exploring this I discovered it had more errors than before and some of the same errors I corrected. This led  me think someone had restored it from a previous backup with previous  errors.  After this date I showed  Dorothy and Diane to  follow Jennessa  instruction she had gave us over the phone  and we were nearly finished when on April 9 I received an E-mail telling me they were gone.
