Meeting Minutes
These as very humiliating for one who was
doing much work to keep the Computer running.
Mr. O'Keefe could have avoided this by
checking out the story.
Dean Rial could told Mr. O'Keefe the total story on the computers.

Note by Ken Stallbaumer,
I was voted off the board in an illegal manner. The attorney
for the NCHS, Mr. O'Keefe took the board into
Executive Session without
Ken Stallbaumer being permitted to be present and them proceeded to
vote him off the board without hearing from him.
The Kansas Open Meeting law does not allow
for the using of "Executive Session" to cover up the discussion of
personal maters of elected persons. K

I was trying to bring things before the Board about the
computer software of the PastPerfect Program that was being
misused. then the files were
deleted I had given too much and could not go on like this and
had to try and do the thing the right way by trying to bring it
before the board in a legal way.
I was trying to collect enough facts with photos that I cold show
those with little knowledge of the computer what was happening to
our files. I had tried this once before with bad results as
Dean and DarlAnn Rial spoke against every thing I tried to
bring up in regard to the changing the names of the riles and the
unattached and large photo. Did not even make the minutes.
I put some of the photo of the files that were deleted on a web page
when they would not permit them to brought up at meetings. When I
was asked to remove them I did thinking that something would
be worked out. What happened I was worked out.

Over 200 files are removed plus all that Dorothy, Diane and
myself had saved in a manner as both Jennessa Reed and
Brian Gomez had advised. This would have been at least as many as
1400 Accessional attached to the Home Authority file again.
the count was1450 empty in what was a total of 1737
equals only 287 in the Authority file. There is in more
