  LEAVE  THE  NCHS  BOARD  IN  THE  DARK ?

HOW CAN THEY KNOW WHEN THE FACTS
WERE NOT PRESENTED TO THEM?

There was an inner circle they called the Executive Board.
To have given the facts to all the board was not going to happen;

 


You would never have seen the document below  if it was not for me and hiring an attorney and requesting these documents.  Did he get all he  requested  I will be showing you at least  one  we did not get however A SUBSTITUTE WAS SENT IN IT'S PLACE.   When the article came out in the paper I tried to find a newspaper  person to go to meeting with me as the board  can not have a closed meeting for a elected official.  The whole thing smells of conspiracy and un-truths. There was no mention of the fact I had tried to get the facts of the damaged  files BEFORE THE BOARD.   I received a letter asking me to remove them.  Thinking this an gesture of cooperation I did that the snapshots  off the  web.   See Email

 


 
 

I asked this question at the August 31 meeting  when I was to be voted off the board-- "Who besides the "Executive Board were present at this meeting". The answer to the question as to who else was there was answered by  the  Chairman, Anita Heiman  and she stated: "Dean was there and we could not have done it without him."  or words to that effect. 

It appears that not all  the board had a understanding of what was taking place.  created this. I am wondering how to divide up the board into witnesses and Defendants in a damage suit.  Should some attonrey7 aht understand this would call me and give their idea it  would be helpfull.
 

The Executive Board seems to be  Anita Heiman, President, Richard Schmitz VP, and DarlAnn Rial Secretary.  I had never heard of this Executive Board until it started appearing in some minutes.  An "Executive Board"  was created at the August 14, 2007 Meeting as accepting an Air conditioner was being accepted was the reason.  Ten days later it was used to remove me from the board.

I was asked to make some decision early and did make a few but let it be know that some of them should be board decision.  This slows thing down it was said.  
Dean was not a board member, Husband of DarlAnn Rial.  DarlAnn Rial had sent me a e-mail telling me she had removed the boxes, 

This document would never been make public if  I had not hired an attorney.  It needed to be mad public and more that than the short time I had it on the web or more than the item in the Courtlier.

 It would have been sealed away and no one would have seen it. This was done in executive session for that reason.  The board had a meeting the day the first came out in the courier, and must have been a surprise to them. 

This has taken time   and money but  I feel it must be done for those who started the NCHS and you have the right to know.  The fact they can do this  behind closed doors and keep it out of the papers.   Files were deleted  that that should not have been as I had taken care of the computer until this happened.

This is the question that I would asked: Would they have done this without Dean?   Dean was  not on the board of the Nemaha County Historical Society at that time.   Since the last election he is a board member.

(1)  Unauthorized access to NCHS files copied and removed from the museum computer and premises.

This does not mention that I was trying to correct the files that had been edited by changing the names and was following the direction of Jennessa Reed' ,PastPerfect specialist'. see email

(2)  Unauthorized access to  museum computer at all hours of the night and day;

Dorothy, Diane and I worked from April 9, 2007 to May 9, 2007 and had added over over 75 percent of the files before they were removed as stated in this e-mail.  I   corrected files form from Error Report, Un-attached images, Duplication files and errors from the Name Change to Authority files.  Diane and Dorothy work  during working hours and I worked on these files after hours  and early in the morning when there  was no one in the building, Working when no one is around is better as this takes a lot of remembering numbers for short times while you find it that number is a  diff location.  See Example .

(3) Agreed  to remove the hard disk from  computer.

Why would the Executive Board want to remove  the Hard Disk (Hard Drive)? What was this about? Does the  remainder of the board know why the so called "Executive Board" made this decision?  Did Mr. O'Keefe know he was defending this decision when he asked if the board approved of every thing the Chairman did?

All the Authority files were deleted from the  Photos Home Authority File.  Was this ever mentioned? I tried to bring this  before the board and it was  impossible to get the "Executive Board" to deal with this problem. There were "Name Changes" to the Authority Files and these were added to this file and this could have been more than 1000. You will see that changing the names of Authority files actually was same a deleting the previous Authority file (Authority files are like Categories in Microsoft Money and other excel databases.  see the count

I had tried to bring before the board with no positive result. Instead the Chairman turned the computer over to first DarlAnn and then to Dean after DarlAnn Called the police to stop me from collecting  computer snapshots of the damaged files due to Name change. 

There is  no mention in these problems in the minutes.  I did put images of the files that were deleted on my webpage to bring this  to the board attention. This was done after all other  methods failed. I sent an e-mail to DarlAnn telling her I was adding the e-mail letter from Brian  to the web page. Then I  receive an e-mail from the President Anita Heiman asking me to remove this information from the webpage. See Email 

Anita she answered by return email and I thought this would be a good time to try and work this out. It never happened instead Dean and Mr. O'Keefe solved the problem by removing me from the board and it would appear that Mr. O'Keefe either was never told the truth about the cause or did not care.  www.seneca-ks.com/pp4

In the process of getting the "Executive Board" to take some action  on this matter. I  put the e-mail from DarlAnn Rial and photos of the files that had been deleted on the web and sent the webpage address by e-mails to all board members with E-mail
