| I am replying to Charges of O'Keefe's
Letter. paragraph. Mr. O'Keefe seems to think he had all the facts. That is far from the truth. I will try and set thing straight here. The last paragraph says I am to have the right to be heard and that has not happed as of yet. Now this is happening .
The Board never would have gotten in to this
situation if it I had been given a chance to tell my side of
the story. Mr. O'Keefe should not have permitted the board going into Executive Session.
Did he think this could be keep behind closed doors. They
did this in Germany and I believe the name was Hitler.
The facts must be known. The first paragraph below tells
me Mr. O'Keefe has not heard the truth. |

The first
paragraph tells me the one making these accusations was not telling Mr.
O'Keefe the facts. I was wanting to present snapshots of the
files to the board to show missing files. I also had error
reports from which I was correcting the program. I had tried present
this to the board once before and it was talked against by Dean Rial
and DarlAnn Rial People who had no experience with computer accepted the
President decision when she had not experience. See the president's (Anita Heiman) E-mail. open
DarlAnn Rial deleted some of the files in question which had the names changed. I reported the deleted files to President, Anita Heiman who could not accept this fact. I sent Anita the E-mail that DarlAnn Rial said she removed these files. Email of DarlAnn The Authority Files first had the name changed and this cause BIG PROBLEMS. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THIS TO THE BOARD AS EARLY AS FEBRUARY 2006. \ There was also the problem of unattached photos because there were several scans of the same photo with the home of getting one of the right size
I had taken snapshots of the files and Dean and I discussed this and he clamed this was like a threat to him. He tell me that when way young some kids that were bullies wanted to take his ice cream or they would beat him up. Dean tells me by writing these things down that I am a threatening him also. If the truth was threatening someone that person has a problem. What I was doing was trying to showing him the truth. We had very poor files and were going to turn them in as we finishing the $3.500.oo grant project. Diane Rottinghaus, Dorothy Murphy, and I had nearly finished preparing the files as Jennessa Reed had instructed. See E-mail The problem this caused There were many enters that had no Authority Home Location that one could reach with search because of the names of the Authority had been changed. A change of one letter will make a problem. When the Authority File had the name changed by adding a name in prentices
1. I was on a board and expected
to be able to give my opinion and disagreed with what was done. I
tried to inform the board of the condition of the Authority
files and what was happening to them. Then the same files were
deleted. I
tried to bring this before the board.

2. I still am critical of the "Executive Board" after they arranged to voted me off the board with out having heard my response. There was no problem till I tried to bring the board up to date on the condition of the computer files. There were other thing that were being covered up. The BIG ONE is a $31,000.00 plan to cost a Million Dollar plus. See The Big One

3. I never had any conflict with the Charmin, (Anita Heiman) as I only received one e-mail in 3 years from her and this was when requested I remove the snapshot of the files deleted by DarlAnn Rial. I am not sure she wrote this. My E-mail on Anita Heiman

4.. I debated the fact that needed to be debated and objected to the fact that too many things were decided by the Executive Board. Dean would not work with the PastPerfect Help-desk. He did not want to follow their directions. . See E-mail He told me he had talked to Brian Gomez -VP of PastPerfect software Co and when I sent Brian an email I learned he had not talked to him. 5. They were true accusations and were never
proved false. See the difficulty with the project "Settling Nemaha
County" See E-mail. See how the
$30,800.00 Grant for to repair the porch
on the jail was used.
I hired an Attorney after this violation of the law and I was voted
off the board with a chance to reply. Then there was a
stalling action on the part of Mr. O'Keefe till my time of the board was
past. This was more like a cult action or mafia.

The first crash was Apr 2, shortly after Dean and DarlAnn left and it was because of a missing file.. Someone deleted a working file. The software disk could not found at the Museums. Dean and DarlAnn Rial were in Texas. The file could not be found in the Recycling bin. It was found in the hard drive and replaced where it belonged. That fixed this problem. Later the Hard Drive was removed. It was referred to the Hard Disk. I believe the second crash was caused by backup that someone had re-installed a backup after the Scatter/Gather program had been set on the second computer. The Main Computer showed different dates than the Scatter/Gather Software program. The people at PastPerfect requested a Backup from each computer and they were sent to PastPerfect. These backups are still in my email file as attachments. I took care of the software for museum program from the very first until it was destroyed by "Name Changes". Then came the deletion files and then Dean and DarlAnn Rial took over and the hard drive was remove. See e-mail where DarlAnn removed the files DarlAnn E-mail Jennessa Reed of PastPerfect studied the files and we were instructed how to fix this problem. We, (Dorothy, Diane, and myself) were working under the direction of a PastPerfect person Jennessa Reed of PastPerfect resaving the files by setting the computer on Verification Notification as we were directed. See Jennessa Reed's See E-mail. Later I had question and Jennessa referred me first to Adam J. Stepansky, Support Specialist of Pastime Software. Open Adams's E-mail I arranged a telephone conference with Brian Gomes, VP of operations at the Pastime Software Co. (PastPerfect) and this included Dean Rial in that conference. I asked for a e-mail confirming what we had been instructed to do to get the files in shape. |
(7) I tried to explain to Dean and DarlAnn what we (Dorothy, Diane and I) were doing. First we followed Jennessa Reeds instruction. She would threaten to call the police and charge me with harassing her. I worked after hours putting the too file together with Global Update. Diane and Dorothy worked during the day and did a good job. We were following Jennessa Reed of past perfect advise. This e-mail followed the telephone Conference.
. I have know of no rules about
turning them on. I toke care of the computer and was using the
Error Report to correcting those errors. I did this until April 9 2007
when the president (Anita Heiman) wanted the Computers turned over to DarlAnn who had deleted the
files.
After I received the E-mail from DarlAnn telling she
had removed the Authority Files I went to the
NCHS museum a and Anita was there and I wanted her to look at the files
that had been removed. Anita would not believe this had happened and
refused to look or believe I had such a e-mail. I went home and sent
her an e-mail. I sent her that email.

I worked many late hours repair the damage done by re-naming the
authority file and received much help "PastPerfect
either by phone or E-mail.
I sent the backup files off both computers to PastPerfect software and received advise on what to do to fix this. I received many e-mail and had Telephone conference with them. Others were present at many of these times including Dean and DarlAnn Rial. On May 24 the computer crashed and this note appeared on the computer- Anita's Note
I turned the Computer over to Dean Rial as he told he was talking to Brian Gomez at PastPerfect. DarlAnn had told me the same. I had had enough and would let them try and fail if that was what they wanted. Dean said he had been talking to Brian Gomez of past perfect. DarlAnn Had told me they were talking to Brian several times that week. I turned over the computer and wet home to check with Brain Gomez I emailed Brian Gomez -See E-mail A note appeared on the computer after May 24, I was told the computer crashed Click Here

8] I believe it may be more likely an excuse for calling the City Police. When I attempted to tell her the changing to tell her that by changing the name of the Authority Files she would threaten to call the police and charge me with harassing her. I would then leave the building. I was collecting Computer Snapshots of the files that were deleted and other problem this caused to the computer.
She and Dean knew that this was the problem. I waited until there were many people people there as there had been a Downtown INC Meeting and this was after the meeting. I was collecting evidence as computer snapshot of the files. Dean was there and saw what I was doing. I was not causing any harm -- only taking photo of the damaged files. He left and in about ten minutes DarlAnn was there DarlAnn said that Anita Heiman (President) appointed her to be in charge of the computers and that she (DarlAnn Rial) wanted me off the computer NOW or she would call the police. I told her to call the police as I was collecting evidence. The law permits you to collect evidence it there is wrong doing. There were other problems that this. This was devastating and Brian Gomez advised me to add the security sign in to prevent more deletions. See Security
(9) This likely came from Dean as he saw me making
the Computer Snapshots of the deleted and damaged files and asked
what I was doing. I told him I was keeping notes of all this and was
writing it all down. He said that writing them down was threatening
him. I was threatening him with the truth. I am
careful to keep all E-mail and took picture of the file to prove the
problem. I have tapes also. .
Dean left the museum on this this
day and DarlAnn came in about 10 minutes later. and wanted me off
the computer. I told her I would as soon as finished collecting
evidence. She then called the City Police to get me off the
computer. City Policeman, Steve Jones told her he could not order me
off the computer, this was when she told him she had been put in charge of
the computer and wanted me off the computer and I would not obey
her.. That is true as I wanted a few more things before I gave it
up. I did not get off the computer
immediately as I had things that I would likely not see if I did.

one snapshot print as it came out of the printer.
I talked to the County Attorney about the open meeting
violation and excluding the board from decision making. I wanted
Dean to go with to the County Attorney for some rules to avoid open
meeting violation and covering up things and by-passing the
board. He did tell me to see the city police and have them
investigate. I did talk to Steve Jones and he told me could not do this
but would tell the County Attorney. I have been told
I told Dean and DarlAnn I was keeping
records of what was happening One day I went to the NCHS to talk
to Dean and/or DarlAnn to prove they knew of the damage and what was
going on. I taped the conversation.
(10) I did have a briefcase and I had proof of the
damage done to the NCHS and the computer in that briefcase.
The Error page gave the number of the item in error and on the page showed who had created the Error. I had e-mail from the people at PastPerfect. I had the page that listed the files that had lost there Barcode Home Location. I had pages that listed duplicate photos. This was was caused by the inability of being able to the fine a photo because the Authority File had been changed so by adding names in Prentices. This may be a bit confusing unless one has understanding of the program. Should one have a guilty conscious and think I have something to show you up then in my briefcase this could indeed be frightening. Do you want to cover up this error or learn from the error, then that is possible. I make mistakes and learn from them. The comparer software program generated many "Error Reports" from the PastPerfect Program, and I printed them as comparer snapshots or loaded them from the NCHS computer to my webpage which was faster. .I original made these snapshots to helping those who were having problems as a teaching took
I wanted a projector from my my wife's $1,000. 00 memorial and was going to pay more if there was not enough left to do that however the money was spent on other thing. I was not given a chance to show the errors being created as Dean saw this as a threat and had me removed from the board.
Below this paragraph is tells me I have the right to dispute all the above. I do that here with fact and the truth. Those who mislead the board are the Executive Board and Mr. O'Keefe. They did this by letting them think what they did and were doing was right. We have laws to prevent this from happening. Covering these thing up and so doing creating a problem.
This Board would not had to have gone through this if not for Dean Rial and Bill O'Keefe thinking they had all the answers. I do not believe that Anita Heiman or Richard Schmitz knew the truth. This was the work of Mr.. O'Keefe and Dean Rial, to protect Dean and DarlAnn Rial in this crazy caper. DarlAnn did not understand the computer and thought she could do as she pleased. The Board had only lies told to them and know little about computers or The Kansas Open meeting laws. It should not be done this way in America.
I have tried to get a hearing on this matter with no results. I will debate this with the Chairman on our local TV station. We will have to have someone who know something about the PastPerfect program to moderate. Perhaps someone from PastPerfect. Brian Gomez would have come here to play golf and helped us out but that did not appeal to Dean.
No one my age should have to do this
to repair the damage done to there name.
