Delay Putting Info of Architect's
$31,000.00 Book on the web.

I asked for a copy of the cost sheets to put on web.
Received them but was requested not to put on web until reviewed  by board
This project cost was never by Board and never put on the web page.
Now I must put it on my web as there is no one who will put it on the NCHS Web-page.
Is this an attempted manipulation?
 I did not push it as wanted to try and  get others in on this
but  that never happened as no one would want to talk  about this.
